Kids

Birth - 6th Grade

At FBC our goal is to unpack God’s word in an age appropriate way that will lead children to grow in their relationship with God. We strive to create an environment where God’s love is seen and experienced as well as taught. We desire to see little hearts turn toward a loving God as they enter a lasting relationship with Jesus Christ. We expect that relationship to grow and blossom into active servants being led by the Spirit of the Living God.

This ministry is a Family Ministry where the church and home partner together in the spiritual training of children. According to God’s word, we believe that the parents are to be the primary spiritual teacher, and ideally the ones who will experience the initial joy of introducing their child to Christ. Discipleship begins in the home and we desire to come along side parents and equip them with the resources they need to make their home a place of spiritual growth and development.

We take the safety of your child very seriously! Every adult in our classrooms has been interviewed, carefully trained, and has a current background check on file. We have a check-in and pick up policy for all our children. There will be a volunteer available at our check-in station to help you with the process.
